I discovered this amazing little recipe a while ago on Instagram from Rosie Fortescue from Made In Chelsea (for those who know who I mean!). It was such a great find- they’re so quick and easy to make, healthy, and so perfect for breakfast or a tasty treat!
All you do is mash a banana and crack in two eggs, and whisk together! I also added a sprinkle of cinnamon to the mixture. I then cooked them in a pan in a bit of coconut oil, added some more chopped banana and a drizzle of agave nectar! Soooo delicious.
