Banana, Avocado & Date Smoothie


Morning all!

So for breakfast today, I thought I would whip up a delicious Banana, Avocado & Date Smoothie, as we have loads of bananas in the house that needed using up. Plus, I’ve been dying to add avocado to my smoothie after I was inspired by one that I bought with my friend the other day. (I think if I had to live off one food forever, it would be avocado.)

I’m pretty happy with how it turned out- the combo of the bananas and avocado really make it thick and creamy and the dates add that healthy bit of sweetness!



My measurements don’t really exist, as I sort of threw it all together, always the case when I’m experimenting in the kitchen! But here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Some dates- as many as you want!
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Almond milk- how much you use depends how thick you want it
  • Tsp of coconut oil
  • A few tablespoons of oats

Once you’ve added all the ingredients, blend until smooth!

    also i have something for you … .. although i have nothing as tasty as you have here .. but i hope you will like it … and yeah , suggestions needed …
